Shipping & Exchange Policy


Processing times for orders takes 3-4 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for USA orders and 5-10 business days for international. All packages with expedited shipping will be sent out within 1-2 business. Please do not purchase expedited shipping on pre-order items unless you understand that it will only apply once stock has arrived. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and we do not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, or any other example your item has not arrived, we require you have purchased insurance in order to have your replacement sent out. If you have not purchased insurance at checkout, we will not be able to issue a replacement. 


Customs duty is a tax that is determined by the customs authority of your country based on product type, known as commodity, value, weight and dimensions.

Customs duty is established by your customs authority. Duty, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are required to pay duties or taxes by your customs authority you must pay this to the shipping carrier prior to receiving the package. Once the taxes are paid you will be allowed to pick up the package or the shipping courier will drop it off at your doorstep. Please contact the carrier to inquire about their policy.



Our policy lasts 5 days for waist trainers. If 5 days have gone by since the date your package arrived and you have not notified us of intent to exchange within that time period , we unfortunately can not offer you an exchange. For clothing exchanges we must be notified within 15 days of delivery with intent to exchange. Items that come with tags and/or hygiene stickers must still be attached . If 15 days have gone by since your package has been delivered, we can not honor your exchange. You do not need to return the item within 5 or 15 days to be eligible for an exchange. We ask that you NOTIFY us within this time period.  We do NOT offer returns OR REFUNDS, only store credit. We apologize for the inconvenience 

To be eligible for an exchange , the item must be in its original brand new condition without stains, tears, rips, and any other that fault that impacts the item. 

We are only able to process one exchange per item you order so please ensure that the size you exchange for, is the proper size. For USA orders you are required to pay shipping to return the item to us, but we will ship you out the exchange for free. For international exchanges, shipping prices will NOT be covered . 

To complete your exchange , we require that we be notified by email of the desire to exchange before going through with the process. The item must also be in its original condition. Once we receive the item we will deem if your exchange is to be honored. If the exchange is denied, we will not be responsible for paying return fees for the item if buyer chooses to have it returned. As well a refund will not be issued for denied exchanges.
